描述： The 6120001500 is a FORMULA SEVEN non-silicone mould Release Agent features heavy duty and wet. It is based on a mixture of glycols and has been formulated to provide excellent release characteristics on a wide range of thermoplastics and rubbers. Provides a wet, heavy duty film for the release of plastic and rubber parts in injection moulding, vacuum forming and many other moulding and forming processes. Will not build up in the mould and helps to improve surface finish, reduce rejects and increase production. The product is completely free of silicones and will therefore allow decorative treatment of the moulded part. 描述： The 6150002000 is a resin bonded high pressure resistant Dry Film Lubricant containing Molybdenum Disulphide for metal-to-metal lubrication where a wet film cannot be tolerated. Once applied, the MoS2 lubricant prevents seizing, fretting, scuffing and reduces friction. The thin film also helps prevent corrosion and repels water. It is used for the assembly and running in of components to reduce fretting and scuffing where a wet film cannot be used.
