随着物联网技术的发展,可穿戴式产品技术得到广泛的普及,其中可穿戴健康检测仪能随时随地检测人体的多种主要生理指标,并在指标出现异常时发出警报,将监测信息通过无线传送到专业设备或个人手机。目前市面上已经出现各种可穿戴的健康检测仪,有心率监测仪、血压监测仪,脂肪含量测试仪、睡眠监测仪等等,本文主要介绍CypressPSoCBLE在可穿戴心率监测仪上的应用。

心率是指单位时间内心脏搏动的次数。它是反映心脏是否正常工作的一个重要参数。同时心率值也是衡量体力劳动强度和脑力劳动强度的重要指标。因此,设计一种可随时穿戴、可长时间记录、显示和存储心率值,可以和手机蓝牙通信并具有较强抗干扰能力,能对超出正常范围的心率进行报警的心率测试仪是十分必要的。

设计心率监测仪产品主要会遇到如下一些问题:

1、需要低功耗蓝牙通信和手机进行信息交互,及时给使用者反馈测试的心率信息,并允许使用者通过手机进行相关设置;

2、需要使用AFE(模拟前端)电路和滤波电路来对心率信号进行测量,AD的采样精度对心率信号的准确度有较大的影响;

3、需要给客户提供用户按键接口,如电容触摸按键等;

4、需要提供一个段码LCD液晶显示屏显示测量的心率值;

5、需要实现低功耗延长产品的待机时间,从而可以使用纽扣电池供电。

CYPRESS的PSoCBLE系列产品可以解决上述设计的问题和需求。PSoC®4是一个可扩展和可重配置的平台架构,包含ARM®Cortex®-M0CPU的可编程嵌入式系统控制器。它把可编程、可重新配置的模拟和数字模块与灵活的自动布线资源相结合。基于该平台的PSoCBLE系列产品集成了低功耗蓝牙(简称BLE,还称为BluetoothSmart)的微控制器、无线模块和子系统。其他功能包括数字可编程逻辑、高性能的模数转换(ADC)、比较器模式的运算放大器以及标准通信和时序外设。

如下是PSoCBLE心率监测仪解决方案的原理框图。

PSoCBLE系列产品针对心率监测仪提供了简单易实现的单芯片BLE解决方案,同时提供了标准的心率测试Profile案例供开发者参考。片内提供了可编程的运算放大器和SARADC,可用于心率信号的检测和滤波。该产品集成了电容触摸按键、滑条和触控板的CapSense用户接口,还集成了LCD段码液晶屏驱动可用于显示心率信号。针对低功耗应用提供了五种灵活可设置的低功耗模式,可用于延长产品的待机时间。另外产品内部集成了BALUN电路,使天线设计也更加简单。此外,图形可视化的PSoCCreator软件给开发者提供了一个友好的、易操作的开发环境,可大大缩短开发者的开发周期,加快产品上市时间。

综上所述,CYPRESSPSoCBLE系列产品可以提供一个完美的心率监测仪解决方案,单芯片解决产品的应用,既满足了产品的实际需求,还可以节省开发成本和开发周期。
