方案概述
方案的车载空气净化器采用电晕放电法产生负氧离子来净化空气,这种产生方法相较于紫外线照射法、热离子发射法等,电晕放电法可控性更好,产出效率更高且经济环保。车载负氧离子发生器通过MCU控制负离子发生器模块产生电离负氧离子,负氧离子在电场和微风扇风力的作用下,源源不断地排出,从而形成含有大量负氧离子的清新空气。本方案采用高性价比的车规级LIN系统MCU及低价低功耗LDO,低价打造高质量小型车载空气净化器。

As a protection feature, this device consists of an Output Short-circuit Protection Circuit, an Overcurrent Protection Circuit, and a Thermal Shutdown Circuit.
This regulator can be used under high temperature environment. The R1524 is offered in a 5-pin SOT-23-5, a 5-pin SOT-89-5, a 6-pin HSOP-6J, and an 8-pin HSOP-8E package. It is also offered in a 6-pin DFN(PLP)1820-6 package for consumer and industrial applications. This regulator can be used under high temperature environment. It offers the maximum operating temperature of 105°C for consumer applications, and 125°C for industrial and automotive applications. This product for industrial applications is characterized to −50°C, and operates in a wide temperature range from low temperature to high temperature.

车载空气净化器,又叫车用空气净化器、汽车空气净化器,是指专用于净化汽车内空气中的PM2.5、有毒有害气体(甲醛、苯系物、TVOC等)、异味、细菌病毒等车内污染的空气净化设备。

静电集尘型车载空气净化器
静电集尘型车载空气净化器是需要与其它器材配合才能达到高效的净化效果,因为静电集尘型车载空气净化器并不能完全吸附并消除异味,也无法完全分解有毒化学气体。同时,其净化效果和净化效率会随着悬浮微粒的累积增加而递减,需要经常清洗集尘板以恢复其效果与效率,故维护成本较高。

水过滤 的原理主要模拟大自然的降雨过程,通常降雨的时候会产生雷电,这时候会有大量的臭氧产生,会对空气中的病毒和细菌进行杀灭,同时雨水对空气中的颗粒物进行湿沉降,所以雨后我们呼吸到的空气都是非常清新的没有污染的。水过滤车载空气净化器主要是通过涡轮风扇直接吸入到风槽里面这时银离子和负离子对空气进行杀菌消毒,然后再将空气排入水槽里面进行湿沉降,最后通过涡轮抽风机将水槽里面经过净化的空气排出,排出去的空气因为经过了水的湿沉降,所以空气中含有一定的水分,相当于一个自然的空气加湿器
