方案关键器件描述

NT5TU64M16GG-AC描述:

The 1giga bit (1Gb) Double-Data-Rate-2 (DDR2) DRAMs is a high-speed CMOS Double Data Rate 2 SDRAMcontaining 1,073,741,824 bits. It is internally configured as an octal-bank DRAM.

The 1Gb chip is organized as 32Mbit x 4 I/O x 8 bank, 16Mbit x 8 I/O x 8 bank or 8Mbit x 16 I/O x 8 bank device. Thesesynchronous devices achieve high speed double-data-rate transfer rates of up to 1066 Mb/sec/pin for general applications.

The chip is designed to comply with all key DDR2 DRAM key features: (1) posted CAS with additive latency, (2) writelatency = read latency -1, (3) normal and weak strength data-output driver, (4) variable data-output impedanceadjustment and (5) an ODT (On-Die Termination) function.

All of the control and address inputs are synchronized with a pair of externally supplied differential clocks. Inputs arelatched at the cross point of differential clocks (CK rising and  falling). All I/Os are synchronized with a single endedDQS or differential DQS pair in a source synchronous fashion. A 13 bit address bus for x4/x8 organized componentsand A 12 bit address bus for x16 component is used to convey row, column, and bank address devices.

These devices operate with a single 1.8V ± 0.1V power supply and are available in BGA packages.


RT534描述:

The RT500 series RF modulators are designed for use in set-top boxes, and similar devices. Theysupport multiple standards (B/G, I, D/K, M/N, L), and can be programmed to support PAL, SECAM,and NTSC formats. The devices are programmed by a high-speed I2C Bus. RT500 modulators useinternal PLL with on-chip LC tank covers the full VHF & UHF range by internal frequency divider andadvance spurious rejection technique to rejection unwanted harmonic with typical 40dBc range.On-chip LNA can realize Loop-Through function tosummary or bypass antenna TV signal. AudioAM/FM modulations in RT500 are realized by sound subcarrier oscillator, it covers all broadcaststandards (4.5/5.5/6.0/6.5MHz).

The RT534 series RF modulators are designed at the special mode for NTSC ch3/4 from RT500architecture. It also simplifies by eliminating I2C control to 2 pin switch control.

All devices are available in a 20-pin QFN, Pb-free package.


R836描述:

In heritage from Rafael Micro’s state-of-the-art architecture, the R836 DTV silicon tuner, no need for external RF balun,can achieve best linearity with lowest power consumption. R836 offers unmatchable RF performance for all digitalbroadcast television standards including DVB-T/T2/C, J.83B, ATSC, DTMB and ISDB-T/C. With innovative AccuTuneTMand TrueRFTM mechanisms, R836 provides superior performance in sensitivity, linearity, adjacent channelimmunity, and image rejection. The chip embeds a smart tracking filter and power detector to optimize different inputchannels and power scenarios as well as the spurious freedynamic range.

The R836 is a highly integrated silicon tuner that builds in low noise amplifier (LNA), mixer, fractional PLL, VGA, voltageregulator and tracking filter, eliminating the need for external SAW filters, LNA and RF Balun. High performance LNA, andsmall package enable R836 the perfect solution for both cost and performance sensitive applications.

With proprietary GreenRF techniques, R836 achieves both high performance and the lowest power consumption whichperfectly compliant with the worldwide trend. The R836 comes in a small and thin QFN RoHs compliant package.

MSB1241描述:

The MSB1241 is a single chip demodulator supporting DVB-T2, DVB-T and DVB-C standards. The deviceintegrates a house keeping microcontroller that takes care of all real time and algorithmic tasks simplifying thehost control interface.

The MSB1241 front end can accept tuners that provide IF or low IF output. A high rejection channel filter hasbeen included easing the channel filtering requirement of the tuner whilst still meeting the stringent requirementsfor adjacent channel interference. The MSB1241 may be clocked directly using a crystal, typically 24MHz.

The MSB1241 is capable of blind acquisition of DVB-T/T2 and DVB-C signals. All parameters may be detected inthis mode enabling fast and accurate auto scanning. Its frequency recovery circuit is able to compensate for alltypical tuner and broadcast frequency errors.
