  概述

  IH电饭锅是在传统电饭锅的基础上,采用电磁感应加热技术的一种能效更高的电饭锅(类似电磁炉)。但是市面上常见的IH电饭锅方案都是非隔离方案,220V交流电没有做安全隔离,电饭锅上一些金属部件对用户来说有触电的安全风险。本方案在控制面板上增加电源隔离器件和数据通信隔离器件,220V交流和用户可能触碰到的低压直流完全隔离开,保障用户安全,避免触电风险。

  优势

  · SGMICRO公司的DC/DC转换芯片SGM4684,集成原边控制器和H桥及驱动器,可直接驱动隔离变压器,将高压和用户可能触碰到的低压直流电进行隔离,保障用户安全,避免触电风险。输入电压2.5V至 5.5V,支持3.3V、5V或12V多种隔离输出电压,最大输出功率可达3W, -40℃~+125℃工作温度范围,满足控制面板对电压、功率和高温的工作环境需求,让系统更加安全可靠。

GENERAL DESCRIPTION

The SGM4684 is a dual, low on-resistance, low voltage, bidirectional, single-pole/double-throw (SPDT) CMOS analog switch designed to operate from a single 1.8V to 5.5V power supply. Targeted applications include battery powered equipment that benefit from low RON (0.4Ω) and fast switching speeds (tON = 25ns, tOFF = 28ns).

The on resistance profile is very flat over the full analog signal range. This ensures excellent linearity and low distortion when switching audio signals.

The SGM4684 is a committed dual single-pole/double-throw (SPDT) that consist of two normally open (NO) and two normally close (NC) switches. This configuration can be used as a dual 2-to-1 multiplexer.

SGM4684 is available in Green WLCSP-2.0×1.5-10B package.

Bidirectional I2C Isolators with Unidirectional Digital Channels The Si860x series of isolators are single-package galvanic isolation solutions for I2C and SMBus serial port applications. These products are based on Silicon Labs proprietary RF isolation technology and offer shorter propagation delays, lower power consumption, smaller installed size, and more stable operation with temperature and age versus opto couplers or other digital isolators.

All devices in this family include hot-swap, bidirectional SDA and/or SCL isolation channels with open-drain, 35 mA sink capability that operate to a maximum frequency of 1.7 MHz. The 8-pin version (Si8600) supports bidirectional SDA and SCL isolation; the Si8602 supports bidirectional SDA and unidirectional SCL isolation, and the 16-pin versions(Si8605, Si8606) feature two unidirectional isolation channels to support additional system signals, such as interrupts or resets. All versions contain protection circuits to guard against data errors when an unpowered device is inserted into a powered system. Small size, low installed cost, low power consumption, and short propagation delays make the Si860x family the optimum solution for isolating I2C and SMBus serial ports.

Automotive Grade is available for certain part numbers. These products are built using automotive-specific flows at all steps in the manufacturing process to ensure the robustness and low defectivity required for automotive applications
