  The XMC4[12]00 devices are members of the XMC4000 Family of microcontrollersbased on the ARM Cortex-M4 processor core. The XMC4000 is a family of highperformance and energy efficient microcontrollers optimized for Industrial Connectivity,Industrial Control, Power Conversion, Sense&Contro.

  • Four Universal Serial Interface Channels (USIC), providing four serial channels,usable as UART, double-SPI, quad-SPI, IIC, IIS and LIN interfaces

  • LED and Touch-Sense Controller (LEDTS) for Human-Machine interface

  • Two Analog-Digital Converters (VADC) of 12-bit resolution, 8 channels each, withinput out-of-range comparators

  • Digital-Analog Converter (DAC) with two channels of 12-bit resolution

  • Two Capture/Compare Units 4 (CCU4) for use as general purpose timers

  • One Capture/Compare Units 8 (CCU8) for motor control and power conversion

  • Four High Resoultion PWM (HRPWM) channels

  • Window Watchdog Timer (WDT) for safety sensitive applications

  • Die Temperature Sensor (DTS)

  • Real Time Clock module with alarm support

  1600W Titanium server power supply with 600V CoolMOS™ G7 in DDPAK and digital control by XMC™

  This Infineon evaluation board (EVAL_1K6W_PSU_G7_DD) represents a complete system solution for a 1600 W server power supply (PSU), which achieves the 80Plus® Titanium® standard. The power supply is composed of a continuous conduction mode (CCM) bridgeless power factor corrector (PFC) using a bi-directional switch and a half-bridge LLC DC-DC resonant converter.

  ›To achieve the high efficiency results the evaluation board features several Infineon key components:

  ›600 V CoolMOS™ G7 superjunction MOSFET

  ›CoolSiC™ Schottky diode 650 V G6

  ›OptiMOS™ 6 40 V MOSFET

  ›1EDI20N12AF isolated and 2EDN7524F non-isolated gate drivers (EiceDRIVER™)

  ›XMC1402 and XMC4200 microcontrollers

  ›CoolSET™ quasi-resonant flyback controller

  评估板EVAL_1K6W_PSU_G7_DD主要特性:

  ›Output voltage: 12.2 Vdc

  ›Output power: 1600 W

  ›Switching frequency: PFC 65 kHz

  LLC 160 kHz (resonant frequency)
