  一、蓝牙体脂秤方案设计简介

  蓝牙4.0体脂秤设计方案,是基于TI低功耗蓝牙片上系统CC2540F256的近距离无线传输的设计,将嵌入式技术和无线通信技术有机结合起来,采用了二级定量称重控制,利用蓝牙4.0技术自动将称电子秤的测量数据传输到iPod touch5或iPhone4S, ipad3等支持蓝牙4.0的设备上显示,并自动地进行智能化的称重管理。

  应用该方案的体脂秤以CC2540增强型内核C8051为信息处理单元,并以CC2540无线收发端为无线通信单元,主要由称重信号采集模块、输入输出控制电路、无线传输模块等部分组成。

  二、 蓝牙体脂秤方案基本功能

  1、一个家庭账户可添加19家庭成员;

  2、蓝牙称通过蓝牙4.0将测量数据快速传输至用户,并上传到相应成员的信息库;

  3、测量和记录9项身体健康指标,周月年报表和个性化的身体健康分析建议,更科学地反应肥胖程度;

  4、可设目标体重、称重提醒、主题切换;

  5、可设密码,确保用户隐私。

  三、蓝牙体脂秤方案简述

  1、 采用芯片:CSU1185

  2、 开机方式:重力开机或上电开机

  3、 显示精度:1500分度;

  4、 标定方式:3点标定,标定位置是50Kg、100Kg、150Kg;

  5、 记忆功能: 记忆范围:0.3±0.1Kg;记忆时间:长期记忆;

  6、 低压检测:开机侦测低电压,一点侦测;

  7、 关机时间:重物稳定后,8±2秒自动关机;

  8、 功耗:在2K传感器的情况下,工作电流小于2.5mA;关机平均电流小于15uA;

  9、 低压提示: 显示“Lo”4s后关机;

  10、 背光控制输出: 无

  11、 24LC02存储:有

  12、 时钟功能: 无

  13、 温度测量:无

  14、 蜂 鸣 器:无

  备注:带有如“CSU1185” 下滑线的数据可根据不同程序做相应的更改;

  四、 蓝牙体脂秤方案基本功能

  1、重量参数

  1) 称重单位:Kg

  2) 最大称重:152.0 Kg

  3) 起秤重量(最小显示称重,追零范围):5.0 Kg±0.1 Kg

  4) 归零范围:6.0 Kg

  2、系统功能

  1) E2PROM(24LC02)侦测:在开机时先检测是否有2402,若无此参数将显示E2PROM出错画面“ErrE”;

  2) 校正检测:检测是否进入校正模式,通常在出厂前使用;

  3) 开机低电压侦测:当电压低致2.4V±0.2 V显示低电压符号;

  4) 显示重量极限:显示重量最大极限=最大限度+10g,若过载显示过载画面“O-Ld”;

  5) 重量低于0显示“----”;

  6) 当没有按键操作且重量没变化达到一定时间时,将自动进入睡眠模式。

  3、按键操作

  1) 开/关机键(On/Off): 开关机切换

  系统在关机状态下,按此键液晶全显,3s后进入称重模式,显示首选单位“Kg”和重量“0.000”; 在开机状态下,按此键关机,在校正的情况下按此键无效。

  2) 单位键(Unit):重量单位转换

  每按一次此键,重量单位依次循环执行转换,其次序依次为:Kg->Lb->oz-> Kg。

  3) 标定键(CAL):进入校正模式

  长按On/Off键的同时,快速连续按Unit键4次将进入标定模式,校正流程见图1(三 重量校准)。

  五、 蓝牙体脂秤方案适用范围

  1、支持蓝牙4.0、安装IOS 5/6/7系列机型:

  iPhone4S、iPhone5、iPhone5S、iPhone5c、iPod Touch。

  2、支持安卓系列机型:

  蓝牙4.0并且安装Android4.3的大部分机型。

  描述

  The CC2540 is a cost-effective, low-power, true system-on-chip (SoC) for Bluetooth low energy applications. It enables robust BLE master or slave nodes to be built with very low total bill-of-material costs. The CC2540 combines an excellent RF transceiver with an industry-standard enhanced 8051 MCU, in-system programmable flash memory, 8-KB RAM, and many other powerful supporting features and peripherals. The CC2540 is suitable for systems where very low power consumption is required. Very low-power sleep modes are available. Short transition times between operating modes further enable low power consumption.

  The CC2540 comes in two different versions: CC2540F128/F256, with 128 and 256 KB of flash memory, respectively.

  Combined with the Bluetooth low energy protocol stack from Texas Instruments, the CC2540F128/F256 forms the market’s most flexible and cost-effective single-mode Bluetooth low energy solution.
