  智能服务终端与道路运输车辆卫星定位系统车载终端

  1. 简介:

  行车记录仪能够记录、存储、显示和打印车辆行驶速度、时间、里程以及有关车辆行驶安全的其他状态信息,包括刹车灯、方向灯、大灯等。利用该装置能够遏制车辆超速、超时驾驶,保证行车安全,同时有助于企业科学管理车辆使用情况,提高企业效益。

  智能服务终端主机内置GPRS或CDMA通信模块、GPS或北斗模块,可根据用户的需要选配。终端主机不内嵌调度显示屏和打印机,可以隐蔽安装,使用方便。智能服务终端(以下简称终端)符合中华人民共和国交通运输行业标准《JT/T 794—2011道路运输车辆卫星定位系统车载终端技术要求》,同时具有GNSS卫星定位监控和汽车行驶记录仪功能。智能服务终端方案用到的微控制器为意法半导体:STM32F205ZET6

  道路运输车辆卫星定位系统车载终端,是一款由GPS/GPRS车载定位和汽车行驶车载终端两部分组成的一体化设备,同时具有GPS卫星定位和汽车行驶车载终端的功能。道路运输车辆卫星定位系统车载终端方案选用MCU是带网络功能:STM32F107VCT6

  【STM32F205ZE】

  High-performance Arm Cortex-M3 MCU with 512 Kbytes Flash, 120 MHz CPU, ART Accelerator

  The STM32F20x family is based on the high-performance Arm® Cortex®-M3 32-bit RISC core operating at a frequency of up to 120 MHz. The family incorporates high-speed embedded memories (Flash memory up to 1 Mbyte, up to 128 Kbytes of system SRAM), up to 4 Kbytes of backup SRAM, and an extensive range of enhanced I/Os and peripherals connected to two APB buses, three AHB buses and a 32-bit multi-AHB bus matrix.

  The devices also feature an adaptive real-time memory accelerator (ART Accelerator™) that allows to achieve a performance equivalent to 0 wait state program execution from Flash memory at a CPU frequency up to 120 MHz. This performance has been validated using the CoreMark® benchmark.

  All devices offer three 12-bit ADCs, two DACs, a low-power RTC, twelve general-purpose 16-bit timers including two PWM timers for motor control, two general-purpose 32-bit timers. a true number random generator (RNG). They also feature standard and advanced communication interfaces. New advanced peripherals include an SDIO, an enhanced flexible static memory control (FSMC) interface (for devices offered in packages of 100 pins and more), and a camera interface for CMOS sensors. The devices also feature standard peripherals.

  The STM32F205xx and STM32F207xx devices operate in the –40 to +105 °C temperature range from a 1.8 V to 3.6 V power supply. On devices in WLCSP64+2 package, if IRROFF is set to VDD, the supply voltage can drop to 1.7 V when the device operates in the 0 to 70 °C temperature range using an external power supply supervisor.

  A comprehensive set of power-saving modes enables the design of low-power applications.

  STM32F205xx and STM32F207xx devices are offered in various packages, ranging from 64 to 176 pins. The set of included peripherals changes with the chosen device.These features make the STM32F205xx and STM32F207xx microcontroller family suitable for a wide range of applications.

  Mainstream Connectivity line, ARM Cortex-M3 MCU with 256 Kbytes Flash, 72 MHz CPU, Ethernet MAC, CAN and USB 2.0 OTG

  The STM32F105xx and STM32F107xx connectivity line family incorporates the high-performance ARM® Cortex®-M3 32-bit RISC core operating at a 72 MHz frequency, high-speed embedded memories (Flash memory up to 256 Kbytes and SRAM 64 Kbytes), and an extensive range of enhanced I/Os and peripherals connected to two APB buses. All devices offer two 12-bit ADCs, four general-purpose 16-bit timers plus a PWM timer, as well as standard and advanced communication interfaces: up to two I2Cs, three SPIs, two I2Ss, five USARTs, an USB OTG FS and two CANs. Ethernet is available on the STM32F107xx only.

  The STM32F105xx and STM32F107xx connectivity line family operates in the –40 to +105 °C temperature range, from a 2.0 to 3.6 V power supply. A comprehensive set of power-saving mode allows the design of low-power applications.

  The STM32F105xx and STM32F107xx connectivity line family offers devices in three different package types: from 64 pins to 100 pins. Depending on the device chosen, different sets of peripherals are included, the description below gives an overview of the complete range of peripherals proposed in this family.

  These features make the STM32F105xx and STM32F107xx connectivity line microcontroller family suitable for a wide range of applications such as motor drives and application control, medical and handheld equipment, industrial applications, PLCs, inverters, printers, and scanners, alarm systems, video intercom, HVAC and home audio equipment.

  Figure 1 shows the general block diagram of the device family.
