Units are available in 1000mm lengths andcan be daisy chained together for continuous runs. The housing and body is made of extruded aluminum and the glass is 6mm thick. The fixture is rated for driveover with a IP67 rating. Great for tracing a pathway, adding colour to the side of a building or creating affects within a building. HID lamps can vary in lamp life from 5,000 to 20,000 hours for Metal Halide and 20,000 to 24,000 for High Pressure Sodium. LEDs have a minimum life of 50,000 hours. This can represent a significant cost savings in lamp replacement costs and labour.LEDs consume less electricity than HID sources.
